Flight Schedule
We do our best to launch four flights each year in April, May, Sept & Oct (when weather is the nicest) to Washington D.C.
We are currently serving veterans that served BEFORE May 7, 1975

If you want to help, give these veterans the “Welcome Home” they never received we suggest you show up at Central Wisconsin Airport in Mosinee between 8-9pm for their return between 10-11pm (FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS, CWA DOESN’T PROVIDE THEM).
WE CALL APRIL & MAY FLIGHT VETERANS IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY. SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER FLIGHT VETERANS ARE CALLED IN JUNE/JULY. GUARDIANS ARE CALLED ABOUT 1 MONTH AFTER THE VETERANS ARE CALLED.
Our 2022 Pre-flight Banquets will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn; and our Honored Veterans from outside the Wausau area, can stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, on Sunday (pre-flight banquet) and Monday (flight day) nights at no charge compliments of the Ghidorzi Companies – Hotel Group.
